The Click Tracker module support all main features listed for the ActualAnalyzer, but in same time it has some personal features that are listed below. The general purpose of any link-tracking tool is to give the answers to three questions: how many clicks, who clicks and from whence they came. The most popular link-tracking tools provide a full list of reports, but it will be only the answers to first two questions. To receive the answer to third question (from whence they came) it is necessary to place the additional HTML-code to all pages of web site. It will allow to determine web source (web sites, search engines, catalogs etc.) the visitor came from and to keep the visitor's track through web site to the links. But it's very difficult and therefore not used. So, using separate link-tracking tools you will never receive the answer to third question (from whence they came) and as result you will never know what web sources give you only visitors and what web sources give you clients and sales. The Click Tracker module works in combination with the ActualAnalyzer that already has HTML-code in each page of web site and tracks each visitor. So, in this case it's enough to make a request to the ActualAnalyzer's database to receive the answer to third question (from whence they came), no any additional HTML-code or other complexities. The unique possibility to track the referrals (referring servers and pages, search engines and terms, Campaigns etc.) is supported in all editions of the Click Tracker module. A very important feature of the Click Tracker module is the ability to provide high detailed information as about every click so about each visitor clicking on the links. It is achieved due to working in combination with the ActualAnalyzer and allows receiving as general reports (full spectrum of details about visitor), so the reports that never will provide separate link-tracking tools (from whence visitor came, list of the pages he visited, list of the links he clicked etc.). The ability to provide information about visitors clicking on the links allows analyzing preferences of your audience and to find the real directions for development and advertising. See Comparison table for full list of features. |
